My House

We have kept going on with the search on the dream house, so after a few months my husband had a new job, we locaded our then realtor which we like a lot and told him that we were ready to get the house so the search start again, we went though so many  and after a few open houses we decided on the one close to schools and away from traffic because of our kid,the house was a family house with walk out basement and a nice patio with a great view to the backyard, we both love it, so the search for the borrower started, most banks were hesitating because of the time my husbad had in his new job was not too trusted for them, the interest rates were to high and it took one year to get the money while we were saving for the down payment, and also praying so no one will get the house before us, we went to so many banks and at the end our bank that we  have been using for a few years end up being our borrowers, we were so glad so  we had the new date for the closing date  and the day finally came, we went to see the house before the closing  and then we close the house was ours we could not believe it, we own a house, and all our savings were gone as well, the first thing we did was to take the key and go to our house and start planing with no stop, it was a great experience, we start moving little by little, because we did not want to pay more rent in the old place.

Dream house

Buying a house in this country for all americans, and specially immigrats is called the dream  come trued, the same case we had a few years ago, whe we decided to buy our first house we were so afraid to take that step, the best part was not have the experience, so we were not aware of what was coming up in the future expences, we can of just did it worry,  and  ourconsern was our kid by then we only had one, but we had work at least we had a decent jobs, the first house we looked for it was big, and my husband love it because of the backyard  and size of the kitchen since he likes to cook, I was afraid of it beacuse it was to big and the backyard had to many branchs on the back, but my husband promise to make a safe house for our family so I accept it, we were going to sing up the clossing after 10 days of our decition and the destiny had something else planed for us, my husband looses his job and we had to cancel the clossing date till my husband gets a new job, by them the house went back to the market and our dream desapear after spendind some money on it; my husban was so frustrated that he blame on everyone the lost of the house, did not realizing that he was the one who lost his job, and it was no ones fault it took him a while to deal with his dream going away from his hands in less than 10 days.

The beach in my country

I have to say that remenbering my country brings me great thoughts and feelings,but what I remenber with pleasure is the beach in my country ,the water is so cold that you really have to be used to cold water to have to deal with it otherwise you will never be able to  stand it, the sand so thin and the color kind of lite gray it was a pleasure to lay on after a cold swim, the part of the swim that I remenber the most is when looking for little saefood that you will have to dig with your feet to find them, once you feel it then get it with your hand is cold macha the family of the clam but bigger, if you get at least 10 of them you will be set with dinner that night, it was an unforgetable experience and I used to love it, so did my mother when I will come home with almost dinner ready, but some it may sound out of contest but for me it meant a lot our economy was so poor that some times it was all what we had to eat that day, my mom will never care, every time I will tell her that I was going to the beach except for the ticket I had to pay to get to the beach, but most of the time I will find ways not to pay, I will get together with my friends annd a groop of girls will as for a lift which the ride took only 5 minutes but still in the heat from my country it was a big deal, I will never forget those times the best times of my youth even though with the economy that we used to live I will say I was a happy girl having my mother so close to me.

Going to school

Well now this was a challenge, first of all I was not the number one student, but I always wanted to be it was so hard to get subjets that I wish there was enough education in my country to help realize that some kids need extra reinforce to help them beter and sadly to say there are still plenty of those kids with the same case as I was, i was afraid to learn I guess My self consious aws telling me I could do it by the other that I can not explain what it was ,stop me from learning, there was a point that I though I was the dummest girl in the classrom and I did believe that I used to think that, learning was for smart people, and people that had good economy, I guees a healthy nutrition has to do a remarkable difference, sometimes I will have to go to school with no breakfast or go to school early for a cup of warm milk and bread that school used to give if you went early, that was in elementary school,  middle school it was interlocking with high shool, so that was an unfortunally not the greates experience, I realize now that I am a grown person that I suffer from bulling almost every day, and I though that the girls did not like me because I was so poor, some girls were having fun to laugh at me and put tramps when walking to make feel down,they were cruel, but I though then it was okay that I deserved for been so poor.

A new Car

Have you ever though what kind of car you would like for your own? or what is more questionable is how much you want to spend, they are different ideas, prices, colors and sizes, if it was for me I will get a geep, they look cool, and  interesting since I was little I used to remenber see them on television and always wishing for it, funny tio say my husband thinks the same way I guess that is the reason why we agrre most of the time, geeps has the look that no other  does al least the old styles those are the ones that I like the best, there are other new ones but those are kind of futurist and I do not like it. The car I drive is a sienna is spacious, and big enough for my kids and their toys, bikes,  and for grocerie shopping makes it more comfortable, I have to say that my sienna is pretty old already but it works great and had not give me much problem at all, meaning spences that some cars do when repairing needed, latetly the prices on new car are more affordable and interest rates are at its low if you have a good credit, but if you dont then you will have to give a high down payment, when most of the cases is over 5,000.00 thousand dollars. I wish to have that money to get my new car ,but I guees my luck lately does not help me  and I will have to stack with an used car.

restaurants and dinners

The different betwen the two of them is clear, they are different kinds,some are big some small, some fancy others just classic they are some located in hotels, golf clubs, you named it ,we all know they are really different from one location to another, when you go to a restaurant you always and I mean it ,always expect to have a pleacent time, and have good service now you do not get this way all the time, they are times that you do not need a resevation and the place has plenty room, and is peaceful there are times that you will need a call ahead of time for a reservation, and if you do not  is a probably to assure that the lines you will have  to wait for table are long. How about when you get to your table, and the next step is the service of the waiter or waitress, most of the time you will find a good waiter or waitress with plenty patience to handle with the costumers; grown ups,ederly or kids, and the food in the restaurants takes a few minutes to cook. On the contrast if you go to a dinner most of the time those places are crowded, and do not take reservations, plus their food most of the time is ready and fast service is included, unfortunally the service most of the time is not the best, I think the reason is the tips, people that work in the dinners do not as much tips as the ones that work in restaurants.

Summer fun

Who does not like summer,to go to the beach,park, and enjoy the pools to my kids is the best time of the year, because I take my kids every where posible  could,to my the best is to go to  water parks,because I get in some rides with my oldest kid, usually I do not like rides as well as my kid,so I have to prove him that if momy can do it I could too, my little kid goes to unlimited places he likes danger and he is dangerous and trouble,to be honest I think he has my husband spirit of adventure,because my husband has no limits he tries everythying even if you said it will be dangerous, he has the need for adventure or he will not stop a little hyper,we all love the water  and best of all we all like to share quality time,we go for very long walks at the park, go for ice cream, riding bikes,etc you name it, my husband and my oldest son love to go to the movies, and I stay with the baby, that is also a good time for them to spend together, personally I like weekends the only problem is when I have to go to work, but we have breakfast together and then clean around the house, or cut the grass there is always something to do at home specially with 2 kids like  mine; my they demand a good amount of my time, because they love momy so much, sometimes I even have to take a shower with the door open, since they always need me, I adore my family ,but oh my god it takes all my time to take care of my family.

Babys

 I have a baby boy who is lovely and I adore, but he is only 2 years old and is so timing consuming,as of this moment he is awake with me since 5:30 am,he knows I am doing my homework but he comes to touch my face and pulls my arms away from the computer,wants a drink needs a hug, something hurts him, and I have to call the doctor,or may be he needs to use the potty but wants me next to him,o my there is always something to do with him,when I am heading to my office,he is already thinking how to stop me. I feel very please with his presence, but it is very agraveting every second he needs my attention, he is  only a tiny boy but so much complains, mood, crying and non stop,I do not know how I did all my work for my summer semester, but I did it all left  to do is blogging, now it is not hard but is time consuming, I wich there was a magic wand and click to see what comes up,the most that I dont like about blogging its that sometimes there is not much ideas to come up with and worry who willl read it  and then, you have make an inapropiet comment it will not be fair,I would not like it if someone writes something nasty,most the time people do not care but I do .

Smoking in public places

I will start by not agreing on people that smokes every where, with not respect for others not  even if there are kids around, they know but do not want to be a part of a clear enviroment or may be they can not make up their mind, that is why Goverment shoul pass the smoking ban in public places,since there is not a restrict law that requires a clear area for non smokers, and if smokers see  the ban they may be change their mind and respect others,smoking is one specific reason why there are so many cases of lung cancer,in some cases at a very early age of 30 years old, and the following side effects that smoking cause are uncountable, plus we have to take count on our planet earth we are adding more damage to cause global warming instead of getting a hand to help avoid the already damage earth, living with a person that smokes is very agraveted ,because their smell is strong,my husband smokes and I get really agraveted even though he does not smoke in the house or in front of our kids,still bothers me,I will think that the reason that bothers me so much is that I know the end, and I want to help but he does not know it ,he thinks that I just want to be annoying, I hope one day he will realize that getting sick is not fun, and at the end I will have to deal with the effcts of the meaning for smoking

soft drinks

How many times you feel like getting a very cool drink on a hot summer day, how about a soda or a juice,do you know that those drinks are the number 1 cause of diabetes and obesity in U.S,that one in 6 children are in the risk of became obese,sadly this is the true we are not aware on how  much corn syrup this drinks have and that is the reason why these drinks are sheap to a point that everyone can get it specially school age kids,and ironically you will find this vending machines in schools.One in seven school children age are obese and are twice likely to became obese adults,over then last thirty years people double the consume of soft drinks,we should be aware on how much harm we are causing to our system and be more causious whem taking decisions on our beverages.

Marihuana should be legal?

Tonight there was a topic that everyone has something to say even me, that I do not like when my husband talks about it,when knowing of a family member or a friend,the point was whether legal or not which way sounded better;some of the students did not care that much, on thee other hand others will not stop giving their points of view,some argue at the extreme others just giving their view,stating that too much of it could could cause addiction,eventually ,most of the students agree on marihuana  been good for health porpuses at least that is my opinion, one think I have learned is that it could help severe pains that other medicina could not and if it could it has to be over prescription and most of the cases are set to damage if it is not the stomack it will damage the digestive  system, it is scary to know that a drug can cure a pain that at the same time, marihuana could easily be consider an organic pain killer because ti does not have dangerous side effect if is used  with control and it does not get to the addictive point.The danger or legalizing the marihuana is that the  over use of it could end up in a severe drug and be a target to be listed as dangerous only and not  the help it could mean to patients that really needed it.

Contradictions on diet

I was just writting my work on diets and I am still thinking about the differece it makes to try to follow a path and not put attention to the info at all,I will start with my mother as an example,she lives in South America and loves to eat every time she came to visit me she looks big but only her belly and I always tease her of been pregnant,once she comes to my house I give her a whole wheat diet , also mostly fruits and keep her busy,going to the beach, the pool or just for a long walk,I have to say it is a big difference,she looses belly everyday and I force her to drink lots of water,no sweets or ice cream,so the ice cream truck does not make any money with me,I love my mother but I have to control her diet,with my husband it is amazing,he can it as much as he wants and he could it a day or at midnight with him no difference at all an never gains weight Iam honest,he never gains weight, he is working the all day as a mechanic,and does not believe in diet of no type,the diet for my kids I control,specialy my big boy who loves to eat just like my mother,he loves not only to eat ,he really takes his time eating ,my other kids is so particular and very demanding ,and its almost nothing eats at the end.
